By entering into The Antarctic Film Festival, the undersigned hereby: grants The AFF the right to show the film at the festival and/or its web site. In addition the entrant warrants that he or she owns the copyright of the entry and has legally acquired or licensed, all rights and licenses necessary to show the film (or video) and additionally represents that he or she has acquired and shall maintain any and all rights and licenses necessary in connection with all uses of this submitted materials without limitation, all copyrights, location and personal releases, trademarks, music synchronization rights, master music performing, still photography, film and videotape footage rights.
In addition, the entrant further represents and warrants that the submitted films (or videos) may be used in promoting and advertising the Antarctic Film Festival, for publicity purposes, and that the submitted material does not infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright and shall not constitute a defamation, or invasion of the right of privacy or publicity or infringement of any other rights of any kind of any third party on this planet, in this universe and on any other planet, known or unknown, in perpetuity.
